Order Processing
All products at Yavin Gifts are custom-made and personalized based on your specifications.
- Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days after payment confirmation and approval of any required design proofs.
- Processing times may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or due to high order volumes.
- Production time is separate from shipping transit time.
Shipping Timeframes
Once your order is completed and shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (where available)
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:
- Delivery location
- Package size and weight
- Selected shipping method
Any applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, when available.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Yavin Gifts is not responsible for:
- Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
- Delivery delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information
Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be re-shipped.
Delivery Delays
While we strive to meet all estimated delivery dates, Yavin Gifts is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers
- Weather conditions
- Natural disasters
- Customs processing
- Carrier service interruptions
- Other circumstances beyond our control
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Yavin Gifts is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.
Customers are encouraged to:
- Verify the shipping address before placing an order
- Check with household members, neighbors, or building management
- Contact the carrier directly regarding delivery concerns
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the shipping packaging
We will review the claim and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.
International Shipping
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by their country.
Delivery times for international orders may vary depending on destination and customs processing.
