Yavin Gifts – Return & Refund Policy

At Yavin Gifts, every product is custom-made and personalized specifically for you. Because of the unique nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for items that have been customized with names, photos, messages, logos, or other personalized content.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Products made according to customer-provided specifications
  • Items with custom names, photos, messages, designs, or artwork
  • Orders approved by the customer prior to production

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged during shipping
  • Defective
  • Different from what was ordered due to our error

please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the problem

Upon review, Yavin Gifts will, at its discretion:

  • Replace the item at no additional cost, or
  • Issue a full or partial refund where appropriate

Customer Approval Responsibility

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all submitted text, spellings, dates, photos, and design details before production begins.

Yavin Gifts is not responsible for errors provided or approved by the customer, including:

  • Misspellings
  • Incorrect dates
  • Incorrect names
  • Low-resolution images
  • Design choices approved during the proofing process

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase or before production begins, whichever occurs first.

Once production has started, custom orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.

Shipping Issues

Yavin Gifts is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.
